What this policy covers
This policy covers our website at weavon.cloud, including the Telecalling OS page, forms on the website, and communications with people who contact us by email, WhatsApp or other channels.
It does not describe all processing of personal data that our business customers may carry out through Weavon software on their own behalf. Such processing may be governed by the applicable customer agreement and other documentation between the customer and Sk Darain Shahidi operating under the Weavon brand.
Information we collect
Information you provide to us. When you request a demo of Telecalling OS, we collect your name, work email address, phone number, company name, industry, number of telecallers, the dialer you currently use, and any requirements or challenges you choose to describe. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, company name, work email address, phone number, the type of help you are looking for, and your message. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive the messages and any details you send.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, the referring page or domain, advertising and traffic information (for example, whether you arrived from one of our ads), and other technical information needed to operate, secure and measure the website.
Cookies and similar technologies. Our website uses the Meta Pixel, which may set the _fbp cookie in your browser and, when you arrive by clicking one of our Meta ads, the _fbc cookie. These are used for advertising measurement and attribution, as described in Meta Pixel and advertising. Our website does not currently use other analytics or advertising cookies.
Please do not send us sensitive information, such as financial account details, health information or government identification numbers, through our forms or messages.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to demo requests and enquiries;
- arrange and conduct demos;
- follow up with you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your request;
- understand business requirements;
- improve our products and website;
- measure the performance of our advertising, including conversions and attribution;
- improve our advertising;
- maintain the security of the website, and prevent spam and misuse of our forms;
- comply with applicable law.
Meta Pixel and advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are operated by Meta Platforms. To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand website activity, attribute conversions and improve our advertising, our website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.
Through these technologies, Meta and other third parties may receive or collect certain information about interactions with our website, including information about pages viewed, form interactions, advertising identifiers and conversion events. This may include information such as:
- pages viewed;
- opening or interacting with our demo request form;
- submitting a demo request or an enquiry;
- clicking communication links such as WhatsApp;
- event timing and related technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, the page address and Meta cookie identifiers.
When you submit our demo request form, we send certain identifiers — your email address, phone number and name — to Meta in hashed form for advertising measurement, attribution and matching purposes. Hashing is a technical process that transforms the information into a fixed-length value before transmission. Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policies.
With a demo request, we also send Meta the industry, number of telecallers and current dialer you selected, and with a contact-form enquiry, the type of help you selected. Based on our current implementation, we do not intentionally send Meta the company name, the challenges you describe or any free-text notes submitted through our forms.
Meta's use of information collected through its technologies is governed by Meta's applicable terms and privacy policies, including the Meta Privacy Policy.
Your choices. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, you can review how ads are shown to you in your Meta ad preferences. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at aboutads.info/choices, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop our website or its forms from working.
How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to enquiries, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing applicable agreements.
Technical logs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and operational purposes.
Where appropriate, you may request deletion of your personal information as described in Your rights and choices.
How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. For example, our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to form submissions is restricted to those who need it to respond to you.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information online can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- give you access to the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your personal information;
- withdraw consent you have given, where our processing relies on consent;
- stop sending you communications;
- answer questions about how we process your personal information.
To make a request, email darainnation1@gmail.com. Where possible, write from the email address you gave us. We may ask for information to verify your identity before acting on a request, so that we do not disclose or change someone else's information. We will review and respond to requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
If you have a concern about our handling of your personal data, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. You may also have the right to raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in accordance with applicable law.
Children
Our website and products are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, data practices or applicable law. The “Last updated” date indicates when the policy was most recently updated.
